Experience explains patterns
Led by founders with 40+ years of combined executive experience across healthcare staffing, national talent operations, and enterprise revenue strategy.

Tad has spent 21 years building talent infrastructure for growing companies, with one guiding principle: recruiting should be a competitive advantage, not a cost center. He joined his first firm as Head of Talent Acquisition, brought in from the start for his sharp eye for talent, and spent 15 years scaling the recruiting function to support exponential company growth, before becoming HR Director following its acquisition by RECRUIT Co, the Japanese conglomerate behind Indeed, Glassdoor, and Staffmark. That’s where he learned the Unit Management methodology that powers Indeed’s talent operations today.
Most recently, as Chief People Officer at a national healthcare staffing firm, he grew headcount by over 50% while reducing company-wide attrition from 64% to 25% and sales attrition from 71% to 32%.
That combination of talent acquisition expertise, recruiting depth, and operational rigor is the foundation VBG is built on. Tad brings a practitioner’s perspective to every search, using the Verdant Intelligence Platform to identify leaders who fit the culture and conditions of the role, not just the job description.

Drew has built his career on a simple thesis: growth without operational excellence is not sustainable. Over 20 years, he has led sales organizations across healthcare staffing, IT services, and federal contracting, always at the SVP, EVP, or President level, always with full P&L ownership.
Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Sales at a leading healthcare staffing firm, he led enterprise revenue strategy, achieved 50% growth, and scaled the sales organization from 90 to 140 producers and 4 to 16 leaders.
At VBG, Drew leads revenue strategy and client acquisition, bringing an operator’s lens to executive search. He evaluates leaders not just on résumé, but on how they perform under the conditions that actually matter, combining firsthand P&L experience with the Verdant Intelligence Platform to help clients find leaders who drive results, not just fill seats.

Dylan brings deep expertise in cloud architecture, software development, and technology operations to VBG’s strategic direction. A Stanford University graduate and founder of Ordinary Experts, he has spent his career building scalable platforms at the intersection of infrastructure and product development, with a particular focus on leveraging data and machine learning to solve complex operational challenges.
His technical leadership and hands-on engineering background inform VBG’s technology strategy and the AI driven intelligence capabilities that power the Verdant Intelligence Platform, translating cutting edge technology into practical tools that give clients a measurable edge in talent acquisition.
